Nanjing Dule Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. The project has been successfully delivered and officially put into stable operation recently.


The core value highlight of this project lies in its deep service to the loading capacity of Asia's super large oil bonded warehouses, large-scale and stable recovery of oil and gas under extreme conditions, and carrying significant functional significance! As a supporting project for Asia's super large oil bonded warehouse, it shoulders the heavy responsibility of oil and gas environmental governance and resource recovery for large-scale gasoline, naphtha, and aviation coal loading operations. It not only directly assists users in accurately meeting national environmental emission requirements, but also has a benchmark significance for the green upgrading of the regional petrochemical industry and the improvement of resource recycling efficiency, further consolidating Weili's core competitiveness in large-scale petrochemical environmental protection scenarios.

In response to the extreme working environment in Hainan, Nanjing Dule has tailored customized solutions, with two core technological highlights that accurately break through the deadlock, becoming the key support for the successful delivery and stable operation of the project, and also the core advantage of this promotion:

Accurately responding to high temperatures in Hainan and ensuring efficient and stable operation of the equipment: Faced with the extreme working environment of high temperatures in Hainan all year round, the project adopts exclusive optimization design: the oil and gas recovery device is equipped with a dual module design, which can flexibly adapt to changes in the intake load of ultra-high concentration oil and gas, and eliminate the impact of load fluctuations on processing efficiency; Synchronized with an evaporative condenser, it effectively stabilizes the fluctuation of refrigeration temperature in high-temperature environments, ensuring that the device maintains stable and efficient operation for 7 × 24 hours under extreme high-temperature conditions, completely breaking the operational constraints of high-temperature environments on oil and gas recovery equipment.

Innovative anti blocking design to solve the pain points of dirty and blocked oil and gas in the shipping industry: In response to the common problem of oil and gas containing impurities and being prone to dirty and blocked during shipping operations, the project uniquely sets up a round and square filter in the intake section to intercept impurities from the source, reduce blockages, and comprehensively ensure the long-term stable operation of the device, greatly reducing equipment operation and maintenance costs, achieving efficient and smooth oil and gas recovery processes, and providing solid guarantees for the continuity of large-scale loading operations in Asia's super large oil bonded warehouses.


Based on two core technological highlights and two core invention patents from Nanjing Dule, the total processing capacity of this device reaches 3000Nm ³/h. It adopts a -70 ℃ dual channel condensation+adsorption process, and the oil and gas are cooled to -65~-75 ℃ before being adsorbed by activated carbon to meet emission standards. Significant technological advantages: efficient condensation recovery of oil products, renewable activated carbon, safe and reliable treatment, and no additional generation of three wastes. At present, all indicators of the device meet the requirements of GB20950-2020 standard. There are two other prominent points in the project construction: comprehensive anti-corrosion measures are equipped in coastal scenes; High level of intelligence, capable of remote monitoring in multiple scenarios, one click start stop, and continuous efficiency in condensing and recovering oil products for users.
