Recently, WELLE Group has been awarded new contract and renewed existing agreements for three wastewater and leachate entrusted operation projects. Covering multiple high-difficulty organic wastewater treatment sectors including distillery wastewater, WtE leachate, and leachate from domestic waste transfer stations.
Project 1
Operation Project for Leachate and Dried Water at Kunming Wuhua Power Plant
In 2026, the Group successfully won the bid for the Entrusted Operation Project for Leachate and Dried Water at Kunming Wuhua Power Plant, with a three-year operation term. The project has a treatment capacity of 800 tons per day for leachate and 300 tons per day for dried water, with a customized treatment solution developed specifically for the unique characteristics of power plant wastewater treatment. Kunming Wuhua Power Plant is the first domestic waste incineration power plant in Yunnan Province, and also the largest waste incineration plant in the province.
All effluent from the project’s system is reused as make-up water for circulating cooling water, realizing full recycling of water resources. The effluent quality strictly complies with the relevant requirements in Table 1 of The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water — Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses (GB/T 19923-2024). This not only puts the green development concept into practice, but also cuts water resource costs for the power plant.

Project 2
Entrusted Leachate Treatment Project for Domestic Waste Transfer Station in Huashi Town, Jiangyin City
In 2026, the Group successfully renewed the entrusted leachate treatment contract for the Domestic Waste Transfer Station in Huashi Town, Jiangyin City, with an operation term covering the full year of 2026. This renewal is a direct recognition of WELLE’s past operation service quality and treatment performance from the client. Throughout the project’s operation period, the treated water quality has consistently met the requirements of local regulatory authorities, earning market trust through professional and reliable services.

Project 3
600m³/d Wastewater Treatment System Entrusted Operation Project for Guizhou Zhongchi Liquor Co., Ltd.
In 2026, Beijing Huiheng Environmental Protection, a subsidiary of WELLE Group, successfully renewed the wastewater treatment station operation and maintenance contract with Guizhou Zhongchi Liquor Co., Ltd. This achievement not only deepens the long-term cooperation between the two parties, but also represents the market’s high recognition of Beijing Huiheng Environmental Protection’s professional expertise in liquor wastewater treatment. Located in Xishui County, Guizhou Province, the project handles high-concentration, refractory liquor wastewater generated from Zhongchi Liquor’s brewing and production processes, with a designed treatment capacity of 600 cubic meters per day.
To address the technical challenges of liquor wastewater treatment, the project strictly implements the direct discharge standards in Table 3 of Water Pollutant Discharge Standard for Fermentation Alcohol and Liquor Industry (GB 27631-2011), ensuring stable and fully compliant wastewater discharge. Leveraging the Group’s decades of technical accumulation in the environmental protection sector, Beijing Huiheng Environmental Protection provides efficient, stable and energy-saving operation and maintenance services for liquor enterprises. This contract renewal further consolidates the Group’s leading position in the liquor wastewater treatment field.

With years of deep engagement in the environmental protection industry, WELLE Group has always taken technological innovation as its core driver and built a complete technical system for high-difficulty wastewater treatment. The Group holds more than 400 authorized patents and maintains a leading technical position in niche segments including landfill leachate and industrial wastewater treatment. Relying on intelligent control technologies such as AI-powered precise carbon source dosing and accurate aeration, combined with advanced processes including IC anaerobic reactors, MBR and DTRO, the Group delivers targeted solutions to address high-difficulty wastewater treatment pain points across different industries, and provides full-process, refined operation services.
